Part 1: The class will include a variety of yoga poses and a sequence of partner poses. The session will end with mutual stretching.

Part 2: After a short break, we will progress to group touch and Tantric explorations.

Cost: $40 per person
Cash, Venmo and Zelle accepted in advance or at the door.

The Amazing Nude Partner Yoga with Tantric Touch - The Saturday Series

Our next class in this series is tomorrow, Saturday, 7/12/2025 from 12 noon until 2 PM

We usually have 6 to 8 attendees and we've had a great time together

We begin partnered and practice these types of routines:

  • seated poses for building connection

  • seated poses for warming up the back and shoulders

  • standing poses for stretching and for building trust

  • assisted partner balancing poses

  • assisted shoulder mobility sequence

Then we move right into the Tantric portion:

  • in Savasana, hip to hip with a partner on each side

  • meditate and begin exploring

  • face up leg stretching poses with massage

  • child's pose with massage

  • the human mandala for the finale

In upcoming classes we may include:

  • stacking poses and other acro-yoga ideas

  • more advanced poses for Tantric asanasex and touch

  • face down assisted leg stretches and hip flexibility
